NAYA AGENCY — We're Hiring a Model Acquisition Manager / MODEL RECRUITER

Our OFM agency is scaling fast and we're looking for someone whose sole mission is to find serious models and get them signed.

What you do :

— Instagram / X / Telegram prospecting

— Qualify profiles (presence, content, reliability)

— Pitch the agency and bring the model all the way to signing

— Report qualified leads to management

What you earn :

— $100 per model still active after 30 days

— $200 if she's still there at 60 days

— $300 if she's scaling and stays at 90 days

— 1% of the monthly revenue of every model you signed (we scale our models to $50k/month minimum)

— That's $500/month recurring per performing model you brought in — for life

What we expect :

— Serious availability

— Knowledge of the OFM industry

— Results

Remote, fully flexible. You get paid on your results — if you sign, you earn.
