🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For (Objectives):

Generate an average of $1,500 per shift in sales

Build personalized connections with at least 15 regular clients per day.

Chat with minimum 150 users per shift consistently

Use our proven upsell structure (emojis, hook, transitions, price)

Complete all shift notes and tag key leads before signing off.

Attend weekly team calls and coaching session

Escalate top customers to Supervisor/QC within 15 minutes of qualifying.

Complete monthly skills refresh on sales psychology and sales structure. Report bugs, blockers, or performance issues proactively.

Maintain a positive, driven attitude even on slow shifts.

Your performance will be tracked. We win together, and we grow the people who perform.

💼 Experience & Education:

No degree required.

No prior experience required.

We care about performance, mindset, and growth — not what’s on paper. Experience in sales, chat, or customer service is a plus.

🕒 Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time, 8-hour shifts Fully remote

Flexible hours (our chat is 24/7; shift assignments vary)

Starting pay: $2/hour + 5% commission on net sales

Growth paths available — once you hit certain revenue and message goals, your pay increases. High performers are promoted fast.

Earn faster than you thought possible — new team members are already hitting $1,500 per month by week 4.
