Agent Requirements:

- English: Fluent, clear + pleasant phone voice

- Skills: Strong communication

- Workspace: Quiet + professional

- Availability: Minimum 30 hours per week

- Device: Android or iPhone

- Payment: Must have active USD bank account. Wise USD accepted. No other currency accounts.

- Gender: Ladies only for now

Pay:

- Base: $0.05 USD per completed minute of live talk time

- Weekly Bonus: $15 USD for 1,800+ minutes in a week (Mon-Sun)

- Monthly Bonus: Performance-based

- Pay Cycles:

- Days 1-14 → Paid 15th, 16th, or 17th same month

- Day 15-End → Paid first 3 business days next month

- Warning issued if you don’t work minimum hours
