ZF Agency is looking for a motivated and reliable Instagram Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We work in the OFM (OnlyFans Management) industry, and we're expanding our team to support our creators' growth on social media, especially Instagram.

🧾 Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and grow Instagram accounts (posting, stories, engagement)

•⁠ ⁠Interact with followers and respond to DMs/comments

•⁠ ⁠Follow content strategy guidelines provided by the agency

•⁠ ⁠Track growth metrics and report results weekly

•⁠ ⁠Stay consistent and proactive with daily tasks

✅ What we're looking for:

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Instagram (algorithm, trends, engagement tactics)

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English (written)

•⁠ ⁠Reliable, organized, and available daily

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience with social media management or OFM is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Team spirit and good communication
