We work in the OFM (OnlyFans Management) industry, and we're expanding our team to support our creators' growth on social media, especially Instagram.
🧾 Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow Instagram accounts (posting, stories, engagement)
• Interact with followers and respond to DMs/comments
• Follow content strategy guidelines provided by the agency
• Track growth metrics and report results weekly
• Stay consistent and proactive with daily tasks
✅ What we're looking for:
• Strong understanding of Instagram (algorithm, trends, engagement tactics)
• Fluent in English (written)
• Reliable, organized, and available daily
• Previous experience with social media management or OFM is a plus
• Team spirit and good communication
