I need a Reddit expert who can find, warm, and convert high-value communities into subscribers and private buyers. This role is strategic, long-term, revenue-driven, and requires a smart operator who understands how to scale adult brands on Reddit while protecting the account and brand reputation.

This is not low-level moderation or simple posting. This is growth marketing + conversion — you will be responsible for turning Reddit attention into measurable sales.

 Tasks: 

Daily

Scout and map high-value subreddits and threads (NSFW and allowed subs).

Post targeted content that drives curiosity, trust, and click-throughs to our JustForFans landing pages.

Respond to comments promptly, escalate qualified leads to DM funnels, and capture potential whales.

Track daily engagement and conversions in the shared sales sheet.

Weekly

Rotate content tests (A/B post titles, thumbnails, copy style).

Run “soft outreach” via Reddit chat and PMs where allowed (respecting subreddit rules).

Host or coordinate at least one micro-AMA or themed post per week in targeted subs.

Deliver a weekly performance report: top posts, conversion rates, lessons.

Pay: 15% commission on every sale you generate + an additional  20 percent bonus for every $1,000 in sales you hit. (Competitive/uncapped earnings — top performers hit thousands/month. You get paid for performance.)

KPI and Targets:

Primary: Sales attributable to Reddit (tracked links / UTM / manual attribution).

Engagement: CTR on posts, upvotes, comment-to-DM conversion.

Efficiency: Messages sent → qualified leads → sales conversion.

Revenue: Monthly revenue targets will be set collaboratively (first-month ramp targets provided). Expectations: A solid performer should be able to generate consistent 2 to 5 daily sales within 2–4 weeks and meaningful revenue growth by month two.

Skills and Experience Needed:

Proven Reddit experience (3+ months hands-on growth work or community management).

Solid copywriting — able to write provocative but compliant Reddit copy that converts.

Experience with adult traffic / NSFW communities strongly preferred.

Ability to run DM funnels and close sales conversationally.

High emotional intelligence — knows how to read people and escalate premium leads.

Excellent organization and reporting skills (Google Sheets, simple CRM).

Strict confidentiality, discretion, and brand safety mindset.
