🚀 What this role is really about You build traffic systems, not pretty feeds. Your job is to generate and scale traffic across platforms like: Instagram TikTok Threads (optional: Reddit, Twitter/X, etc.) …and convert that traffic into monetized funnels.
🎯 Your Responsibilities Build and scale viral social media accounts Develop content strategies focused on reach AND conversion Identify and leverage trends, sounds, and hooks Run daily content testing (formats, angles, volume) Track and analyze KPIs (views, CTR, conversions, revenue) Optimize traffic flows into sales funnels 👉 Important: You are not responsible for filming content — your focus is performance & growth
🧠What You Need Proven experience in social media growth / traffic generation You understand the difference betwee→ content that gets likes
→ and content that makes money Strong system thinking (not just posting content) Ability to scale multiple accounts simultaneously Data-driven mindset with constant testing Big Plus: Experience in OnlyFans / creator / adult industry Experience scaling viral or mass accounts
