Client Communication Manager (CCM) – Remote Contract

Location: Fully Remote Schedule: 8 hrs/day, 6 days/week Reports to: Head of Marketing

Role Overview We're hiring a proactive Client Communication Manager to act as the key liaison between content creators and our marketing teams. Focus: seamless coordination, high creator satisfaction, retention, and growth in the digital content space.

Core Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact: Relay tasks, deadlines, updates, and feedback accurately between creators and departments. Track & manage deliverables: Ensure timely creator submissions, monitor platform funnel compliance (TikTok, IG, X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, OFTV), and report metrics. Build relationships: Conduct regular check-ins, support onboarding, provide strategy/media guidance, resolve issues early, and keep creators motivated. Support strategy: Create mood boards/plans per marketing direction; prevent delays from missing inputs. Report & escalate: Deliver weekly status updates; escalate issues as needed.

High creator satisfaction & 90%+ monthly retention 100% accurate task relay & <3-hour responsiveness 85%+ on-time creator task completion 95% issues resolved without escalation Consistent check-ins & minimal funnel delays
