We’re an Australian-based creator management team focused on driving traffic, improving conversion, and increasing revenue for subscription creators. We’re looking for a Growth Manager who understands how to generate traffic, optimise conversion, and grow revenue across creator accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of OFM. You should understand how traffic flows across platforms and where revenue is made or lost. What you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving traffic across platforms (Reddit, Instagram, X, etc.)

• Improving conversion between platforms and subscription pages

• Identifying and fixing leaks in the funnel

• Structuring growth strategies per creator

• Executing within a system, not guessing What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience growing creator accounts or similar pages

• Strong understanding of traffic sources and conversion

• Ability to think in systems and diagnose problems

• High ownership and consistency
