What you'll do
Run and grow our Instagram, X (Twitter), and Reddit accounts day to dayPlan and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and tweets from content we providePost to relevant NSFW and creator-friendly subreddits on a consistent scheduleResearch subreddit rules, verification requirements, and best posting times, and keep a list of working subsWrite captions, titles, and hooks, and use trends, hashtags, and audio to drive reachEngage: replies, comments, DMs to non-subscribers, and interaction with similar accountsDrive traffic to our link-in-bio and subscription pagesKeep everything within platform rules (Instagram SFW only, Reddit sub rules followed) to protect the accountsSend a short weekly report: followers, reach, upvotes, link clicks, what workedWhat we're looking for
Proven experience growing Instagram, X, and/or Reddit accounts, ideally in the OFM/creator nicheReddit experience: building karma, getting verified in subs, and avoiding bans and spam filtersExamples or results you can show (screenshots, case studies, accounts you've grown)Knows how to avoid shadowbans and account flagsGood English writing, reliable, and responsiveComfortable with adult-creator promotion and able to stay professional and discreet

I've been in the creator space since 2023. I run my own adult-creator brand and manage other creators through my agency, so I'm on the operator side of this every day, not just posting.
A few results:
• Grew a main Instagram to 127k in 1 year. My best month hit ~6M views, which turned into a $28k subscription month
• Launched a new TikTok that reached 1.4k followers in 5 days, with one post at 128k views and a 93% US audience
• Currently run ~30 accounts for 1 model across IG, TikTok, X, YouTube, Snapchat and Reddit, each with its own tracking link so I know exactly which source converts

I know the account-safety side: device and network separation, warm-up ramps, keeping IG fully SFW, link placement that doesn't trigger restrictions, and following sub rules and verification on Reddit.
