We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to help grow and manage multiple creator accounts across Twitter (X), Instagram, and Reddit.

This role is focused on traffic generation and fan acquisition, so experience working with creators or OnlyFans accounts is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and post daily content on Twitter (X), Instagram, and Reddit

• Manage Reddit posting strategy (subreddits, captions, timing)

• Help grow accounts organically through engagement

• Research trends, subreddits, and viral content formats

• Track performance and suggest improvements

• Coordinate with the team on content and promotions

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Twitter / Instagram / Reddit accounts

• Experience working with creators or adult marketing (preferred)

• Understanding of Reddit promotion and subreddit rules

• Familiar with traffic funnels → social media → subscription platforms

• Good English communication

• Reliable and organized

Bonus Skills

• Experience promoting OnlyFans creators

• Viral content strategy

• Meme / hook writing

• Basic editing or Canva
