We are a Marketing & Management Agency working with female creators. Our mission is to generate and scale traffic through Instagram and TikTok, and convert that traffic into paid OnlyFans subscribers using structured, proven systems. We are currently recruiting one Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our agency.

Role Description This is an operational position inside our agency. This is not freelance work. Your role is focused on execution, consistency, and performance. Your responsibilities include:

Managing multiple Instagram & TikTok accounts for our models

Posting daily content provided by the agency

Following strict posting schedules and instructions

Proper account warm-up and daily activity

Audience targeting and engagement

Driving traffic to OnlyFans using our tracking links

Ensuring account safety (no bans, no dead audiences)

You are not responsible for content creation or strategy. All content, captions, and instructions are provided.

Payment Structure

Commission-based payment

You will be paid based on performance

We use tracking links, so every subscriber is tracked

Your earnings depend on the number of fans you bring who subscribe to OnlyFans

Higher performance = higher commissions

Possibility to manage more accounts and increase earnings over time

Requirements (Mandatory)

You must be located in the USA

You must use US phones with US SIM cards

You must have multiple phones to manage multiple accounts safely

Stable internet connection

Ability to follow instructions precisely

Serious, reliable, and disciplined work ethic
