About the Role This is a hands-on social media role in the OnlyFans ecosystem. You will manage social media for multiple creators, mainly Instagram and TikTok, with one clear goal: bring traffic, build hype, and support subscription growth. If you enjoy turning raw content into scroll stopping posts, understand internet culture, and know that timing, tone, and consistency matter more than fancy decks, you’ll feel at home here.
What You’ll Actually Do
Build and manage social media content calendars for creators
Edit short form content reels and TikToks that people actually watch
Help shape branding and mood boards for new creators
Research platforms, trends, formats, and what converts right now
Manage multiple creator accounts without dropping the ball
Hit deadlines consistently without being chased
Work closely with the team and communicate clearly with creatorsThis is execution heavy. You will be doing the work, not just talking about it.
About You You already understand the OnlyFans and creator space. You know what works, what gets shadow banned, and what makes people stop scrolling. You are comfortable juggling multiple accounts, following systems, and still thinking creatively. You take ownership, ask good questions, and do not disappear when things get busy. You are fluent in English and fully comfortable working remotely.
Must Haves
Real experience managing social media accounts
Strong understanding of Western online culture, trends, and slang
Familiarity with OnlyFans creators and how traffic flows to OF
Experience editing short form video content
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Reliable internet and a proper setup

Experience working with adult content or creator agencies
Graphic design skills
Advanced video editing skills
