Full-Time Social Media Poster (Instagram & Twitter) 📍 Remote | Flexible Hours (EST Preferred) | Full-Time About the Role We’re seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Poster to consistently post engaging content for multiple Instagram and Twitter accounts in the influencer and content creator space. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining daily posting schedules, ensuring brand voice consistency, and maximizing reach and engagement. You’ll start with a few accounts and gradually take on more (up to ~10), including both new profiles and high-traffic pages with 50K–60K+ followers. Performance and consistency will determine pay increases over time. What You’ll Do Post daily content (starting with 1 post per day, scaling up to 5+ reels per account) across assigned Instagram and Twitter accounts. Follow provided brand guidelines and voice for each creator, ensuring content is compliant with platform policies (PG-appropriate for Instagram). Use a provided content library (Google Drive or iPhone shared gallery) and, when needed, creatively repurpose older content to maintain posting frequency. Occasionally edit images or videos (Photoshop/other tools) to enhance quality — not required but a plus. Manage content formats including videos, reels, stories, and link-in-bio posts, with a strong emphasis on reels. Stay mindful of platform restrictions and avoid content that risks account bans. Schedule weekend posts in advance to maintain 7-day posting consistency. Track performance using InstaTracker and Link.me and collaborate on strategies to improve reach. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing social media content posting, ideally in influencer, modeling, or creator niches. Highly coachable, follows instructions well, and adapts to feedback quickly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without missing deadlines. Creativity in repurposing and optimizing content to fit platform algorithms. Comfortable with repetitive daily posting tasks while maintaining quality. Photo/video editing skills are a plus but not required. Familiarity with Instagram and Twitter posting best practices. iPhone access preferred for streamlined content sharing (Google Drive also used). Schedule & Compensation Full-time role (flexible hours; EST preferred but not required). Must post daily, including weekends (weekend posts can be pre-scheduled). Immediate start — we’re looking to fill this position ASAP. About the Accounts Mixture of brand-new and established creator accounts (50K–60K+ followers). Current focus is female creator content (cosplay, goth, GFE, modeling, etc.), with possible future expansion to male creators. Brand tone is typically friendly, “girl next door,” and engaging.
