What the role looks like:

- Build distribution strategy across Reddit, Telegram, X

- Hire and manage sub-operators/VAs underneath you — we fund the team

- You decide what platforms to hit, how to post, which subs/channels convert

- We provide the content library and budget, you run the show

What we're looking for:

- 6+ months running traffic for OF creators or adult platforms

- Managed Reddit accounts, TG channels, or X accounts at scale
