We are looking for a Traffic Manager to join our agency and take full responsibility for driving results and delivering growth.

Your main tasks:

Creating and managing accounts on major social platforms: Instagram, X.com (Twitter), Reddit, Threads, TikTok, DA (dating apps). Growing and scaling these accounts to drive consistent traffic. Converting traffic into OnlyFans subscriptions (maximizing subs is the ultimate KPI). Testing, optimizing, and improving strategies to deliver results week after week.

Requirements:

Experience in traffic generation / social media growth. Ability to deliver measurable results (we care about subs & revenue, not vanity metrics). Knowledge of viral content strategies and community engagement. Fluent in English (at least communicative level). Discipline, independence, and creativity.
