Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help identify viral Instagram Reel trends that can be recreated for an AI influencer account.

Your role is not to edit videos, but to research trending content and organize it so our production team can recreate it. You will be responsible for finding viral Reels, saving them, and uploading them into a structured Google Drive system with clear notes. 📂

Responsibilities 📝

Your daily tasks will include:

-Scouting viral Instagram Reels in specific niches 🔍 Identifying reels with strong engagement and viral potential 📈 Saving links to these reels Uploading them into a Google Drive folder Adding a short description explaining the concept Organizing trends clearly for the content creation team

Example Entry:

Folder: Reel Concepts Video Name: "POV Mirror Outfit Transition" 👗 Description: Girl filming mirror selfie → transition → new outfit reveal. Why it works: Simple trend, strong hook, popular format on Reels. Daily Output 🔢 Find approximately 20–40 viral reels per day. Quality is more important than quantity. We need trends that actually convert! Requirements ✅ Frequent Instagram user who understands Reels and viral logic. Good attention to detail and comfortable using Google Drive. Ability to follow clear instructions and speak good English. Bonus: Understanding of viral hooks, current memes, or influencer marketing. 💡 Work Details ⏱️ Hours: Flexible.
