Quick and honest about how this works, because it's not a normal CPM gig. I run an OF agency. I need people posting short-form to Reels (TikTok works too). I don't pay for views. I pay $0.25 for every verified add to the Snap, and another $2 when that person subscribes. Paid out weekly in USDT. So if your stuff converts, you make good money. If it doesn't, you don't. That's the whole deal and I'd rather you know that now than find out in week two. One thing that matters a lot: only Tier 1 counts. US, UK, Canada, Australia, Western Europe. If you pull 100k views from India it pays you nothing. 5k US views can pay real money. So think about who you're posting for. You'll get a dashboard where you can watch your own numbers live: Adds, conversions. I'm not going to ask you to trust me on the count, just go look. I give you all the footage, so nothing to shoot. I'll also share the setups that are already converting. The reason for that: you converting better means more volume for me. Only thing I ask is that you make your own edits. If ten people post the same clip, Instagram picks one and buries the rest, and then everyone wastes their time.
