We manage two twin creators and run their Instagram as a top-of-funnel for OnlyFans. We need an editor who can turn raw footage into Reels that get views from tier 1 audiences (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Western Europe) and push viewers to the link in bio.The goal of every Reel is simple: more views, from the right countries, that convert into subscribers. The audience is mostly men. The content is SFW and stays within Instagram rules. Nothing explicit gets posted. The job is making viewers infatuated with the creator through personality, charm and curiosity.What you'll do:- Go through raw shoot footage and find the moments that make a guy stop scrolling- Cut each clip tight: remove shaky parts, pick the right start and end- Pick audio that carries the Reel and fits the vibe- Write on-screen text and caption ideas that open a loop so people watch to the end and rewatch- Deliver finished Reels at a steady daily pace and log them in our tracking sheetHow we judge your work:- Clip selection and hooks (the first second matters most)- Watch time and rewatches, not just views- Reach to tier 1 audiences and profile visits- Speed and consistency- Quality over volume, but we want bothStyle: clean, natural, minimal. Camcorder footage, off-duty glimpses of daily life, talking to camera, and open-loop captions all work well for us. No heavy transitions, filters or effects. If a clip is good, cutting it up a little is enough.Volume: 5 to 10 Reels per working day once you're up to speed. Pay is a monthly base plus a bonus for every approved Reel above the base target. Editors who also write strong captions and hooks get paid more and can become lead editor as we add more editors.Process: short paid trial first (raw clips from a real shoot, 48 hours). The best applicants move to a monthly retainer or per-video rate.
