Responsibilities:

Content Posting:

Schedule and post content on specified Reddit subreddits according to the content calendar.Ensure that all posts comply with subreddit rules and guidelines.Monitor post performance and engagement metrics.

Content Ideas:

Research trending topics and relevant discussions on Reddit and other platforms.Brainstorm and propose content ideas on a weekly basis.Develop content strategies to increase engagement and visibility.

Comment Management:

Monitor and reply to comments on posted content in a timely and engaging manner.Address questions, provide additional information, and engage in discussions to foster community interaction.Report and manage any negative or inappropriate comments according to subreddit guidelines.

Community Engagement:

Participate in relevant subreddits to build relationships and understand community interests.Provide feedback on subreddit trends and potential content adjustments.

Performance Tracking:

Track engagement metrics, such as upvotes, downvotes, and comment sentiment.Prepare weekly reports on content performance and engagement statistics.

Moderation Support:

Assist with basic moderation tasks if needed, such as reporting spam or handling user issues.

Communication:

Regularly update the client on progress, content performance, and any issues encountered.Coordinate with the client to align on content strategies and adjust based on feedback.Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of Reddit’s platform and subreddit cultures.Excellent written communication skills.Ability to research and generate engaging content ideas.Experience with community management and moderation.Familiarity with Reddit metrics and analytics tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
