Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) (paid weekly) (opportunity for fast pay increases based on KPI targets)

About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and fast-paced Twitter / X Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow a portfolio of 15–20 Model accounts. You will be responsible for all organic posting, engagement, and growth tactics across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all organic posting (1–2 times per day per account) using provided content

- Manage replies and comments within the first 30 minutes of every post

- Perform daily engagement farming (liking, replying, and interacting with similar accounts in the niche)

- Help create and maintain a small network of support accounts (mother-slave system) to amplify reach

- Create any new accounts as needed and set them up correctly based on guidelines provided

- Monitor engagement metrics and report daily performance in a slack channel

- Research trending topics and high-engagement accounts in the personal brand niche

- Keep all accounts active with natural, personality-driven interactions

- Work with the content team to ensure posts go live on time

Requirements

- Previous experience actively managing Twitter / X accounts (must have personal or client examples)

- Excellent written English and ability to match a specific casual, youthful brand voice

- Fast typer and highly responsive (must be online during peak US evening hours)

- Strong understanding of X algorithm, engagement tactics, and organic growth strategies in 2026

- Experience using multi-account browsers (AdsPower preferred)

- Extremely organized and able to handle 15–20 accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball

- Available for full-time hours (40 hours per week) with consistent daily availability
