**Job Posting: Virtual Assistant (VA / Promoter) for OnlyFans VIP Traffic – Swedish Market Focus**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Virtual Assistant / Traffic Promoter** to help grow the number of paying subscribers to an exclusive VIP OnlyFans account, targeting the **Swedish market**.
**What the role involves:**
- You will be responsible for driving traffic and converting followers into **paying OnlyFans subscribers**.
- Traffic sources are completely flexible — you can use Instagram, Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok, Swedish forums (e.g. Flashback), Facebook groups, Discord, Snapchat, blogs, paid ads, or any other creative method that works.
- All marketing copy, captions, DMs, comments, and communication aimed at the audience **must be written in fluent Swedish**.
- Primary target: Swedish (or Swedish-speaking) users interested in premium / exclusive adult content.
- **All traffic and subscriptions will be tracked using a unique tracking link** that we will provide to you. You must use this tracking link (or any shortened/redirect version of it that we approve) in **all** your marketing efforts so we can accurately attribute and count every new subscriber you bring in.
**Compensation / Payment Model**
- **Pay-per-sub commission**: $0.50 – $1.00 USD per new paying subscriber
- Base rate starts at $0.50/sub
- Higher rate (up to $1.00/sub) possible based on sub quality, retention/longevity, and monthly volume
- Only subscriptions that come through **your assigned tracking link** will be counted and paid out.
- Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, Revolut, crypto, or another mutually agreed method.
- Potential performance bonuses for exceptional results (e.g. 50+ quality new subs per month).
**Requirements**
- Previous experience promoting OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon or similar platforms is a strong plus (not mandatory if you can demonstrate results).
- Good understanding of Swedish social media culture and where Swedish users are active (Reddit Sweden communities, Instagram trends in Sweden, Flashback, etc.).
- **Fluent written Swedish** is required — all content must feel natural and native to Swedish speakers. Use grok for translation.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and creative — you plan your own strategies and report results.
