Social Media Manager VA – Grow TikTok & Instagram Accounts for OFM Agency (DACH/US) | Base Pay + View Commission

About us LEAGENCY is an OnlyFans management agency based with Teams in Europe managing multiple models on a various of all big platforms. 

We’re looking for a reliable, creative Social Media Manager VA to build and grow TikTok and Instagram accounts for our creators. You’ll work with content we provide and turn it into posts that get views from the right audience. Please note: this role involves working with adult-industry creators (only SFW content is posted on social media). You must be 18+.

Your tasks

Set up and optimize new TikTok and Instagram accounts (Others like X or Reddit could be also an Option but preferred TT + IG) (bio, profile, highlights, link-in-bio) Edit and post short-form videos from our provided raw content (cuts, captions, text overlays, sounds) Daily trend research: trending sounds, formats, hooks and on-screen texts that work in our niche Write hooks, captions and text overlays that drive views and profile visits Manage accounts daily: posting schedule, replying to comments, story activity Track performance (views, audience location, profile visits, link clicks) and send a short weekly report Test new formats and double down on what performs

Target audience Our focus is the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the US market. Views only count if they reach the right audience, so you need to understand how to target these regions (content style, language, posting times, trends).

Requirements

Proven experience growing TikTok and/or Instagram accounts (please show examples or screenshots of analytics) Strong understanding of TikTok and Reels algorithms and current trends Basic video editing skills (In the app, CapCut or similar) Good written English; German is a big plus for the DACH market Reliable, available daily, able to work independently Experience in the OFM niche is a plus Platform-safe work only: no bots, no bought followers or views, no engagement groups that violate platform rules. We protect our creators’ accounts.

💰 Pay & Benefits

Base pay

$2/hour fixed 2–8 hours per day, flexible schedule

View commission (DACH or US audience)

$3 per 100k views with 70%+ target audience

Subscriber commission

$1 for every new OnlyFans subscriber via your personal tracking link

Milestone bonus (one-time, per account)

🎯 10k followers with 70%+ target audience → $30

Paid trial week

7 days at full base pay Successful trial = long-term role + more accounts

Simple monthly payout

At the end of each month, you send screenshots of your account analytics (views + audience location, last 30 days) Subscribers are counted from your personal tracking link Paid out monthly via [Paypal, Bank transfer, Crypto) More accounts and higher pay as we grow
