Social Media Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow social media accounts. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, can follow instructions consistently, and is comfortable working independently.

Working Hours

4 hours per day 7 days per week 28 hours per week Remote position Flexible schedule, but daily tasks must be completed within the assigned working period

Main Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts Upload and schedule content according to the provided posting plan Engage with followers through comments, replies, and interactions Research trends, hashtags, sounds, and relevant content ideas Help increase account reach, engagement, and followers Monitor account performance and report important changes Follow instructions regarding content, captions, hashtags, and posting times Keep accounts active and consistent Track daily activities and completed tasks Communicate with the team regarding account performance and issues

Requirements

Previous social media experience is preferred Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and X Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent Able to work independently and follow instructions Good English communication skills Basic understanding of social media analytics Stable internet connection Smartphone and/or computer available for work Willingness to learn and improve

Compensation

Base Pay: $25-$75 per week

Commission: 1% of sales

The 1% commission is paid in addition to the weekly base salary and is calculated based on verified sales generated through the accounts assigned to the VA.
