AI Content Creator, Instagram VA & Fanvue Chatter

We are hiring a creative, reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow fictional adult AI influencer brands across Instagram and Fanvue.

This position combines AI content creation, social media management, and Fanvue subscriber chatting. The ideal candidate understands how to maintain a consistent character, build genuine audience connection, and convert interested followers into paying and renewing subscribers.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and comfortable working with flirtatious, suggestive, and adult-oriented content.

ResponsibilitiesAI Content Creation

Create realistic, consistent AI images and videos using character sheets and reference images.

Preserve each character’s face, body, wardrobe, personality, and lifestyle.

Create Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and feed posts.

Write detailed image, storyboard, video, and negative prompts.

Adapt successful or viral Reel concepts to fit each character.

Edit short-form videos with natural movement, captions, music, transitions, and overlays.

Organize completed content and source files in Google Drive.

Instagram Management

Follow a detailed weekly content calendar with exact Eastern Time posting schedules.

Write captions, hooks, polls, questions, calls to action, and playful innuendo.

Balance lifestyle storytelling with flirtatious content that encourages Fanvue interest.

Perform safe, natural account warm-up and daily engagement.

Research trends, sounds, Reel formats, seasonal events, weather, travel, college life, Formula 1 events, and other character-specific topics.

Track reach, saves, shares, comments, profile visits, follower growth, and link activity.

Fanvue Chatting and Sales

Respond to subscriber messages while staying completely in character.

Learn and maintain each model’s personality, vocabulary, tone, backstory, and boundaries.

Welcome new subscribers and create engaging personal conversations.

Build rapport before introducing paid content.

Promote subscriptions, renewals, tips, custom content, and pay-per-view messages.

Recognize buyer interest and adjust the conversation appropriately.

Follow up with inactive subscribers without spamming them.

Keep notes on subscriber preferences and previous conversations.

Use approved scripts while making conversations feel natural and personalized.

Never promise real-life meetings or reveal private business information.

Follow all Fanvue rules, approved boundaries, and pricing instructions.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding accounts, subscribers, content, and financial information.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience as a Fanvue, OnlyFans, or adult-creator chatter.

Strong written English and the ability to sound natural, playful, and conversational.

Proven ability to sell through messaging without sounding aggressive or scripted.

Experience creating AI influencer content.

Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Seedance, WaveSpeed, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva, Google Drive, and Meta Business Suite.

Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRAs, or Civitai is a major advantage.

Strong attention to character consistency and small visual details.

Reliable communication, organization, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
