Portal is a boutique creator management agency specializing in elite fan engagement for creators on Fanvue and OnlyFans. We work with a selective roster of high-performing creators and hold every member of our team to the same standard we hold ourselves: refined, deliberate, and exceptional.

We are looking for one experienced chatter to join our team on a full-time basis.

What You'll Do

Manage fan interactions and direct messages on behalf of our creators during your assigned 8-hour shift. You'll work exclusively through our centralized management hub, embodying each creator's unique voice with precision, building genuine fan relationships that drive long-term retention and revenue.

This is not a copy-paste job. We expect nuance, adaptability, and the ability to hold engaging, personalized conversations that fans never question.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months of professional chatting experience on OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, or similar platforms Excellent written English: grammar, tone, and vocabulary must be flawless Knowledge of Polish is a significant advantage, but not an obligation. Strong emotional intelligence: ability to read fan moods and adapt tone accordingly Reliable, professional, and discreet: you will have access to sensitive creator and fan data  Comfortable working with adult content in a professional context Available for a consistent full-time 8-hour shifts
