Position details:

✅ Available shifts: 10:00–18:00, 18:00–02:00, 02:00–10:00

✅ Earnings are percentage-based — beginners start at 4% net from the sales they personally generate, while experienced chatters can negotiate their rate

✅ The agency works with 70+ models, from very strong to completely new ones

Important to know:

🔹 If the starting percentage sounds low at first, keep in mind that you’ll be managing multiple models at the same time, which significantly increases total earnings.

🔹 We have a fast improvement and raise system — if you meet or exceed expectations within your first month, we start increasing your percentage right away.
