About you

You are a social media manager who can turn X (Twitter) into a reliable subscriber acquisition channel, not a vanity reach channel.

You are comfortable with:

Building repeatable growth engines from messy reality

Running structured tests and spotting winners fast

Working inside platform constraints and protecting account health

Owning outcomes without hand holding

Reporting clearly and turning learnings into SOPs

Our business runs 24/7 across creators and markets, so you should be comfortable with daily execution cadence and occasional time sensitive moments, with clear boundaries and handoffs

Top 5 objectives (what you will be judged on)

Drive paid subscribers from X: Build a repeatable pipeline from impressions to profile visits to link clicks to paid subs, improving conversion week over week.

Build and scale X account infrastructure: Launch, warm, and manage multiple accounts per creator (main plus support pages) with defined roles per account and controlled risk.

Develop and iterate organic growth engines: Create a library of X native plays and run structured tests to find reliable winners.

Protect account health and continuity: Stay compliant with platform rules, manage shadowban and enforcement risk, rotate tactics, and run a compliance SOP.

Create a performance reporting and learning loop: Track KPIs daily and weekly, diagnose what is not working, document learnings, and convert them into SOPs so growth does not depend on one person.

Other responsibilities

Build channel strategy for each creator on X, aligned to buyer intent and conversion

Launch and manage multi account setups per creator, including warming, posting cadence, role separation, and risk controls

Create and maintain a growth playbook: reply farming frameworks, quote tweet frameworks, threads, trend hijacks, daily prompts, collab loops

Run structured experiments weekly: hypotheses, test design, success metrics, post mortems

Own audience quality: attract Tier 1 buyers, reduce low intent traffic, improve click to sub conversion

Partner with creative strategy and editing teams to shape formats that convert

Implement compliance and account safety SOPs, including escalation and recovery steps

Build simple dashboards and reporting that leadership can trust

Document everything into SOPs, templates, and checklists

Stay current on X platform changes and adapt tactics without panic

Requirements

Proven track record growing an organic acquisition channel under constraints (not necessarily OnlyFans or adult but this would be ideal)

Deep hands on experience with X growth mechanics: engagement loops, distribution, content formats, communities

Strong analytical ability: you can diagnose conversion bottlenecks and make clean decisions in noisy data

Ability to run experiments at speed with discipline and documentation

Clear writing: you can turn chaos into SOPs people can follow

High ownership and consistency under pressure

Comfort working with imperfect creator execution and still producing outcomes

Nice to have

Experience growing subscription, membership, or direct response funnels

Experience managing multiple accounts, warming strategies, and risk controls

Experience collaborating with content production teams and enforcing brand rules
