•  Excellent written English (fluent and natural)

•  Previous experience as a chatter (OnlyFans/Fansly/etc. preferred)

•  Fast typing speed and strong multitasking ability

•  Solid understanding of upsell techniques and pricing psychology

•  High level of responsibility, discipline, and reliability

•  Long-term commitment mindset

•  Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and structured goals

⏰ Work Schedule:

•  Monday–Friday: 8-hour shifts

•  Saturday–Sunday: 8-hour shifts

•  Includes a 30-minute total break (2 × 15 min)

We’re a growing Fanvue agency looking for a committed chatter who can keep conversations warm, natural, and engaging. Experience helps, but what matters most is consistency, sincerity, and the ability to make fans feel like they’re talking to a real person, not a script.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Chat as the model on Fanvue, matching her tone and energy

• Run natural, in-character sexting sessions when needed

• Send content as if the model is taking it in real time

• Read the room and respond like a real person — not copy-paste

• Make subtle, smooth sales (no hard selling)

• Warm up fans, build rapport, and keep conversations flowing

• Follow simple scripts + adapt naturally

• Log daily activity in Google Sheets / our tracker

• Stay consistent every day (short shift but daily presence matters)

HOURS

3 hours per day every day

8 PM to 11 PM EST (U.S. peak hours)

PAY

• $3/hour base pay

• +5% commission on all sales/tips you generate

• Performance-based bonuses (rewarded for strong results + reliability)

• Weekly payouts available

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English writing skills

• Comfortable with flirty/adult conversation

• Ability to read situations and reply naturally

• Fast typing + multitasking ability

• Laptop/PC + stable internet

• Professional, discreet, reliable

• 7-day availability (short shift, but consistency is key)

• Experience in chatting, sales, or customer support is preferred but motivated fast-learners are welcome as long as they can follow instructions and stay consistent.
