We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow OnlyFans creator accounts with integrated cryptocurrency payment solutions. This is a legitimate remote position working with established adult content creators to optimize their digital presence, revenue streams, and Web3 monetization strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategy and posting schedules for creator account

• Create and edit promotional content for social media platforms (Twitter/X, Reddit, Instagram, Telegram)

• Implement and manage cryptocurrency payment workflows (USDT, BTC, ETH) for creator revenue

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize monetization strategies across fiat and crypto streams

• Coordinate with creators on content planning, PPV (pay-per-view) pricing, and promotional campaigns

• Build and engage crypto-native communities on Telegram and Discord

• Handle subscriber retention initiatives and customer service inquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content management

• Familiarity with OnlyFans platform mechanics, features, and best practices

• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and payment processing

We run multiple OnlyFans agencies and related companies and are looking for a Finance/Accounting Operations Virtual Assistant to support our CFO with day-to-day finance tasks.

You will work behind the scenes: organizing data, updating spreadsheets, tracking payments, and keeping everything accurate and up to date 📈. You’ll work closely with the CFO and finance team across several entities. This is a long-term role for someone who is familiar with the OnlyFans ecosystem and has experience in accounting/finance 📚.

You don’t need to be a full accountant, but you must be very organized and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.

Update Google Sheets with:

Payments received

Promo / vendor performance results

Help keep AR and collections on track:

Maintain lists of overdue payments

Assist w/ preparation of invoices

Draft follow-up messages to creators, vendors, and partners

Support bookkeeping work:

Prepare notes for how transactions should be tagged in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Help match receipts/invoices to transactions and trackers

Inbox & message triage:

Monitor finance inbox / Telegram / Slack channels during your shift

Tag and sort messages (urgent / needs CFO / can be handled by accounting, etc.)

Draft polite, professional responses for review when needed

Maintain and update the finance task board 📋

Help prepare monthly promo result reports from vendor sheets

Assist with basic checks on:

Subscriptions/software charges

Credit card and bank activity (spot anything unusual and flag it)

Help prepare simple finance reports for management based on templates:

Revenue summaries

Expense summaries

Basic profitability breakdowns

Track progress on special finance projects (new entity setup, collections initiatives, reporting cleanups, etc.)

Must-have:

Strong written English and professional communication style

Good with numbers and spreadsheets:

Confident in Google Sheets / Excel

Comfortable with filters, basic formulas, and cleaning data

Previous experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping support, or operations (at least 1–2 years in a VA or back-office role)
