We're hiring skilled European OFM Chat & Sales Talent.

WHAT WE OFFER:

- Earn up to 12% commission on net sales

- Fortnightly pay ALWAYS ON TIME

- Fully remote setup

- 10-hr shifts with 1 hr paid break

- Choose between 5 or 6 days per week

YOUR ROLE:

- Manage daily creator chats

- Build engagement that converts into sales

- Identify sales opportunities naturally within conversations

- Work independently while hitting clear performance targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- OFM sales & chatting experience is a strong advantage

- Strong written English communication (B2-C1+)

- Consistency, reliability, and strong shift performance

- Sales mindset with confidence in fast-paced chatting environments
