• Explain working conditions and answer basic questions.

• Forward interested candidates to the team for further cooperation.

• Maintain a positive and respectful tone in communication, helping newcomers feel comfortable.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt style for different audiences.

• Communicative, tactful, and emotionally intelligent.

• Ability to quickly connect with people and build trust.

• Previous experience in communication, sales, or customer support is a plus.
