Remote Model Scout. $100 + 5% of agency share. Contract. Commission only.

We’re a small creator management agency. We need a remote scout who finds women who already film and want management.

You find them, start the conversation, and introduce them to us. You do not chat with fans and you do not run accounts.

We work by contract. Pay is commission only. $100 once, when our share from that creator first reaches $100. After that, 5% of our share each profitable month while her contract is active. Not 5% of total revenue. No pay before that. No hourly rate. No US-based creators.
