•  Keep detailed fan notes and profiles for personalized interactions

•  Focus on sustainable, long-term revenue strategies

•  Potentially manage chats for 3–4 models

✅ What We’re Looking For:

•  Excellent written English (fluent and natural)

•  Previous experience as a chatter (OnlyFans/Fansly/etc. preferred)

•  Fast typing speed and strong multitasking ability

•  Solid understanding of upsell techniques and pricing psychology

•  High level of responsibility, discipline, and reliability

•  Long-term commitment mindset

•  Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and structured goals

⏰ Work Schedule:

•  Monday–Friday: 8-hour shifts

•  Saturday–Sunday: 8-hour shifts

•  Includes a 30-minute total break (2 × 15 min)

•  100% remote — work from anywhere with stable internet
