Mucho Dinero is a fully remote, fast growing model agency based in the Netherlands.
We partner with prominent beauty creators in the OnlyFans ecosystem, with a strong focus on Balkans and Eastern Europe. Our work sits at the intersection of brand, performance and operations.
We help “girl next door” and “Slavic girlfriend” type creators build durable brands, grow revenue across platforms, and get out of plateaus created by weak agencies or poor chat performance.
You will report directly to the COO and work very close to BD, Chatting, Creative and Operations.
The Mission
Build and scale a marketing engine that:
Creates predictable inbound creator leads for BD
Lifts creator revenue through better marketing alignment
Owns company branding and positioning in the OFM space
Installs real systems, not just decks or ideas
This is a builder role. You will create structure where there is very little today, then step up into leadership as systems and people are in place.
What You Will Own
1. Marketing department design and leadership:
Design team structure, workflows and ownership across Marketing, Creative, Social, Posting and Performance
Lead and develop the current team (Marketing Manager, Creative Director, Platform Posting Associate)
Install planning rhythms: quarterly strategy, monthly roadmaps, weekly execution tracking
Build performance dashboards and reporting for the COO and BD
2. Inbound and growth infrastructure
Build inbound systems that drive qualified creator leads into BD
Design and optimise funnels, from first touch to booked call and signed creator
Own targets for MQLs and cost per acquisition
Test and run organic, paid, partnerships and content driven acquisition
Focus on scalable channels, not one off stunts
3. Creator marketing performance
Oversee marketing performance for managed creators, in close partnership with Creative and Social
Ensure social presence and campaigns support growth and monetisation, not just aesthetics
Turn performance feedback from Chatting and Ops into clear marketing improvements
4. Brand and digital positioning
Own the Mucho Dinero brand across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and the website
Clarify and defend our positioning within the OFM and creator agency ecosystem
Align messaging with BD targets and the ideal creator profile
Ensure our presence speaks directly to the creators we want to attract
5. Cross team alignment
Act as the connection point between Marketing, Creative, BD and Chatting
Translate numbers and feedback into clear actions for each team
Reduce friction by setting expectations, communication channels and handovers
6. Hands on execution in the early stage
Personally build funnels, launch campaigns and set up reporting in the first months
Get close to creator social channels and MD branding while systems are still young
Gradually move from doing to leading as the team scales and processes mature

Marketing qualified inbound creator leads per month
Cost per acquisition and funnel conversion rates
Marketing sourced revenue contribution
Measurable uplift in creator marketing performance
Execution efficiency: plans delivered when promised, fewer fire drills and clearer reporting
What You Bring
Must have
5+ years in growth, performance or marketing leadership roles
Proven track record building marketing systems from zero or near zero
Strong understanding of funnels, inbound, acquisition and performance metrics
Analytical mindset, comfortable in dashboards, numbers and experiments
High operational discipline and love for structure and clarity
Comfortable being hands on at the start and owning clear targets
Strong plus
Experience in OnlyFans management or the wider creator economy
Familiarity with platform restrictions, shadowbanning and adult adjacent compliance
Experience marketing digital talent, subscription or membership products

What the first 90 days look like
Strong cultural fit and clear, proactive communication
Ownership taken over MD branding, inbound and basic reporting
Early funnels and campaigns live, with transparent tracking of output and results
A clear view on the ICP and creator segments, and a plan to reach them
A realistic plan for scaling the marketing team further
Location and compensation
Fully remote and permanent role, contractor agreement
Working closely with a European based leadership team and a globally distributed crew
Fixed base salary, between 2k to 3k EUR/month with a performance based bonus structure after the first three months
Exact range will depend on experience and location, and is open to discussion for the right person
