Responsibilities
Strategize, package (titles/thumbnails), and script high-retention, viral YouTube content.
Guide creators on efficient, high-quality video production and pacing.
Build compliant funnels driving YouTube traffic to paid subscription platforms.
Analyze metrics (CTR, retention, conversion) to iterate and scale channel performance.
Manage upload schedules and collaborate directly with creators.
Requirements
2+ years of proven YouTube channel growth and content creation experience (portfolio required).
Mastery of YouTube packaging, retention mechanics, and analytics.
Practical knowledge of video production workflows.
Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
Comfortable working with adult content creators and navigating platform guidelines.
